Eco-conscious Wallpapers
The wallpaper rolls are printed /produced in North Carolina, U.S.A using Water based, Non -Toxic, latex inks . Additionally, they are Formaldehyde, Phthalate and PVC-Free.
Each wallpaper roll is printed on demand to minimize Paper and ink waste. There is no wallpaper kept in storage.
SIZING
How tall and wide are the wallpaper panels ? All rolls measure 24 inches (60.96 cm). The panel heights that we offer are: 24” | 36” | 108” | 144”
QUALITIES & QUANTITIES
What types of wallpaper do you offer ? At the moment we offer removable Peel & Stick Wallpaper , Removable Smooth Wallpaper
I plan on ordering a lot of wallpaper, Can I add insurance to my shipment? We are working on that because we do understand that large order can add to a lot and we want to protect our order. Stay tuned for news regarding insurance.
How do I calculate the amount of rolls and the panel height that I need ?We created a simple form that easily guides you .Simply click on this link to view the guide
REFUNDS
Why is my order non refundable? Orders are custom printed on demand. We only print as orders are placed in order to minimize waste. We do not keep product inventory. For that reason orders are non refundable. If there is any proven damage to your order, or an order error where we are responsible, rest assure that we will take care of the issue immediately.
Can I cancel my order? There is a a small window of opportunity to cancel an order . Orders can only be cancelled if printing has not been initiated. Please send us an email at Hipaisleyanddot@gmail.com to check on the status of your order.
Do you wholesale your wallpaper?
We do not offer wholesale pricing at the moment,
COLOR
Am I able to request a recolor or re-scale to an existing design? Yes, We have a form for that. CLICK HERE. This custom services comes in at an added fee. Prices vary due to complexity of design.
Can I order some wallpaper now and another batch later? We do not recommend this because the each order is printed within it’s own dye lot therefore if you order the same artwork on the same type of wallpaper but at a later date there might be a slight chance for faintly noticeable differences in color from the initial order.
Can you match a paint brand color for custom wallpaper colorway requests? If the paint brand provides RGB, Pantone or HEX color codes as reference, then Yes, we can match Paint Brand colors.
LOGISTICS
How are lost packages handled ? We use Fed Ex and USPS to ship. Lost packages are rare occurrences. First we check the carrier’s tracking status where it would indicate if the item (s) have been delivered with date/time stamp, or if it’s lost in transit. With lost packages, we typically like to allow an additional 5 business days post a delivery confirmation date to see if the package does in fact turn up late despite showing a status of already being “delivered”. If the package still does not arrive, we determine wether or not we can reprint and reship at no cost to you. Note that lost package claims are handled case by case.
Do you ship internationally ? At the moment we do not ship internationally . We only ship within the U.S.A
Pre-Pasted Smooth Wallpaper.
This is a super popular paper with a really nice smooth finish and subtle sheen. It works well on a very wide range of surfaces. Our wallpaper has a water - activated paste on the paper which makes it much easier to install than expected. It is ideal for both temporary or longer-term projects. An ideal paper for seasonal themed decor, and renters ! Cleaning and removing this is very quick and easy. The surface is very durable and scratch-resistant. It is a wipeable surface.
CARE: Use a moist cloth to clean clean. Do you want to know the best part?, it is completely recyclable ! There is no doubt that this is a smart choice for light to moderate traffic areas.
It is NOT recommended for use on textured walls or walls that have been painted with scrubbable paints
This is a DIY-ers holy grail ! Renters and seasonal designers will love this wallpaper quality. A wallpaper that is ideal for long term or short term projects, It has a subtle woven texture and matted finish with a peel and stick paper backing . No glue is required. This easy to apply wallpaper removes easily and is tear -resisitant. When it’s time to replace the paper we guarantee that the paper will easily peel off and leave no residue behind. Treat this as a decal and get creative in your interior space. Note that you can cover more than just walls .
Surface types such as weak primers, washable paints and no-VOC paints will likely prevent full adhesion and also the removability of this wallpaper . This paper is intended for smooth flat , non-textured surfaces
